Originally from Belgium, I have spent six years working for an international estate agent. I also have a degree as a fully qualified and trained interior designer. Consumers expect the highest service and quality, and that has always been my goal!

Buying or selling a home begins with trust. I work on 100% customer satisfaction and I want to guarantee them the best service. People will forget what you say, they may forget what you do, but they will never forget how you make them feel!

Everything starts with connecting the right buyer with the right property. I am fully aware that securing an offer is not the end of a sale but where the hard work really begins. Therefore we are always available so that together we can overcome any challenges that may arise. We work with local lawyers and solicitors who will check all the paperwork to the last detail and follow every step of the selling/buying process.

ISMAEL Valencia, Managing Director

Born in Belgium, from Spanish parents, I am a European qualified construction engineer with more than 20 year’s experience in the industry.  Having worked as a project manager I know what I can offer my clients when a new build property, extension or renovation is required.

My language knowledge (Spanish,English,Dutch, French and German) let me liaise with all visitors to this sunny part of Spain.

Project management focuses on controlling every phase of a ‘project’. This involves :

  • Understanding the needs of the client

  • Planning what needs to be done, when, by whom, and to what standards

  • Building and motivating the team

  • Coordinating the work of different people

  • Monitoring work being done

  • Managing costs and forwarding spreadsheets as required

  • Managing any changes to the plan

  • Delivering succesful results

I can offer technical, financial and some legal advice.  I have more than 10 years’ experience in the Spanish construction market, so I can help you through every problem that could occur. 

I am also able to source, negotiate and appoint all necessary external services such as architects, surveyors, lawyers, builders, plumbers, electricians and interior designers where these have not already been engaged by the client.  My established working relationship with a large number of service providers means that I can secure both optimum pricing and flexible working arrangements which I pass directly to my clients.

Benefit for the clients: You can rest assured that I am the only point of contact that the client will need for all aspects of the development process.

The client is kept informed to an agreed timetable and detailed reports with work in progress pictures submitted at regular intervals during the entire process.  This reporting provides the opportunity for regular refinement of the project leaving the client in no doubt about progress and quality of workmanship.

We operate from offices in Vera playa which is only a few minutes drive to all the popular residential areas; we can be on-site very quickly to attend to any urgent requirements.

We have a very good communication system in place via Telefonica land lines, high speed Internet and mobile phones so access to our team is always possible at short notice.

Our working hours are 10.00 to 20.00, 6 days per week however emails are constantly monitored via mobile phones and laptops so we can be in touch with you very quickly if you have any urgent matters that need attention.
